Registered Nurses or Registered Nurses provide professional care to patients/significant persons through personal and/or telephone contact in accordance with established standards and practices. He/she coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care, maximum coordination, and active patient participation in planning and care.   • Notify patient/partner and/or front desk staff immediately of unexpected doctor/other provider delays or schedule changes

  • Reassure patients who are anxious and/or need additional help or information
  • Direct and coordinate the work of LPNs, Physician Assistants, and other support personnel to meet identified patient care needs.
